Baked goods and biscuits on-edge a specialism for Tecnopack.
This solution handles the product flow from upstream cooling belts, creates product lanes and forms the biscuits to be held on edge. Groups of on edge biscuits are loaded at high speed to an integrated Tecnopack flow wrapper which uses special handling devices to maintain the on edge stack. After primary wrapping the biscuit packs are formed into collations and fed to the down stream robotic case packer. Which loads product layers to ready erected RSC cases. After filling is complete the cases are closed, labelle and inspected before being sent for palletisation.
The solution delivers high operational speed, labour saving, reliability, productivity, great versatility and ease in format changes. this solution is fully automatic, requiring line only supervisors to monitor and tend consumables on a part time basis.
