Integrated 5 line secondary packaging solution.
This turnkey solution includes a custom five lane overhead infeed conveyor to deliver products to the five integrated secondary packers.
In all five machines, cartons are erected and feed to the waiting six axis robot loaders where ready primary packed products are loaded and stacked into the open point of sale cartons. Once complete the glue closed cartons are outputted ready for further processing.
The solution delivers high operational speed, labour saving, reliability, productivity, great versatility and ease in format changes. this solution is fully automatic, requiring line only supervisors to monitor and tend consumables on a part time basis.
