AUTOMATIC SYSTEM for the packaging of biscuits.

This turnkey solution includes a high-speed automatic bulk product conveyor feeding system with inspection / rejection, delivering product from upstream processes and a six-axis robot loader to pick and place rows of product to packaging machine infeeds. Primary pack is a Tecnopack FP 100 electronic horizontal flow pack packaging machine with automatic stacking function to form the required pack quantity.

Primary wrapped, stacked products are secondary packaged using a Tecnopack custom carton / tray form fill and seal system.

The solution delivers high operational speed, labour saving, reliability, productivity, great versatility and ease in format changes. this solution is fully automatic, requiring line only supervisors to monitor and tend consumables on a part time basis.
