Decades ago, it was common to hand load products to a flow wrapper using many operators. This is now a thing of the past.
This solution automatically inspects / rejects products (to an agreed criteria) and picks and places products at the required speeds in the correct formats using high speed pick and place robots and custom product grippers. Any product at any speed can be handled and placed. (there’s no limit on the number of robots we can use) Tecnopack also have a range of flow wrappers that can go up to 1000ppm
The solution delivers high operational speed, labour saving, reliability, productivity, great versatility and ease in format changes. this solution is fully automatic, requiring line only supervisors to monitor and tend consumables on a part time basis.
