IP 65 FULL STAINLESS STEEL AUTOMATIC SYSTEM for the packaging of FROZEN HAMBURGERS.
This turnkey solution includes a high-speed automatic bulk product conveyor feeding system with inspection / rejection, delivering product from upstream processes. Primary pack is a Tecnopack FP 100 electronic horizontal flow pack packaging machine with a three-chamber TT shrink tunnel. primary packed product is loaded automatically to the secondary cartons by delta robots. The cartoner can also accept WIP products via three inclined feeders allowing the production of mixed cartons.
The fully automatic cartoning machine guarantees excellent performance and quality of the final SRP product. For palletisation the cycle concludes with a transit wrapping shrinkwrapping system to enclose the cartons ready for pallet.
The solution delivers high operational speed,labour saving, reliability, productivity, great versatility and ease in format changes. Complete traceability of products is enabled with advanced printing systems both inkjet and laser.
this solution is fully automatic, requiring line only supervisors to monitor and tend consumables on a part time basis.
