IP 65 Full Stainless Steel Automatic System
This turnkey solution made for bulk trays or small primary packaging includes a high-speed automatic bulk product conveyor feeding system and vertical buffer solution with inspection / rejection, delivering product from upstream processes.
Product can be loaded to bulk erected trays via a series of delta robots using vision systems to inspect and locate each product. The solution can also load to smaller trays which can be primary wrapped by three integrated Tecnopack flow wrappers. The system is IP65 wash down.
The solution delivers high operational speed, labour saving, reliability, productivity, great versatility and ease in format changes. this solution is fully automatic, requiring line only supervisors to monitor and tend consumables on a part time basis.
